Very rewarding to find a review of my latest album “Biomimetics” in the October 2023 issue of seminal UK music mag “The Wire”.
Today, July 21st 2023, I am glad to share a newly released piece titled “Tableaux Vivant”, a contemplative suite recorded at EMS Stockholm a few years ago. Those recordings, taken in the wee hours of the night in the context of a longer artistic residency, have been sitting on my hard drive for years and only recently, while listening back, I sat down to edit and compose the material.

From today, July 5th 2023, you can stream & download the entire show I played at Moers Festival on the epic ARP 2500 and 2600 synthesizers. I have mastered and exported six separate tracks out of it — I feel the music flows nicely that way…even without the visual component (the show was originally recorded and broadcast by ARTE Concert TV).

I still have goose bumps when I think back to this project and the complications of making it happen, namely transporting a fragile and rare monster synth from Willem-Twee studio in Holland to Moers in Germany. On top of learning how to use the instruments so that I could perform a 45-minute live-set of totally new material.
Really happy to share the news that my latest full-lenght album “Biomimetics” has just been released on the legendary label Mille Plateaux today, June 2nd 2023. You can find it in the menu under “records” and on on all major streaming platforms
